With the DokPro Business app, you can quicklycreate aclear, high-quality and revision-controlled protocol onyoursmartphone, tablet or computer. The protocol isautomaticallyformatted and receives a document number includingversioning. WithDokPro Business you are adding a system andstructure to thelogging process and your company or association.You have amultitude of protocol templates at your disposal (e.g.,generalmeeting, team meeting, working session, etc.) With just oneclick,you can generate the report in a PDF and send it directly tothepredefined recipients by e-mail. Also add whiteboardsketchesand/or notes by clicking on the protocol directly in therelevantagenda. ------------ REVISION-SAFE PROTOCOLS Each log isassigned aunique document number and version. The protocol changesareversion-controlled and documented. TEXT INPUT BY DICTATIONFUNCTIONThe text can be entered via dictation, so typing is notnecessary.DRAG & DROP Agenda items can be easily sorted by drag&drop. PREPARATION/AGENDA ITEMS The agenda items can bedeterminedin advance. This way, all participants are informedaccordingly andcan prepare themselves.
